Join Our Team

The Peacock Group (TPG) is growing and hiring!

We’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our Little Rock team. This role is ideal for a creative, trend-savvy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending strategy, storytelling and content creation.

At TPG, we partner with entrepreneurial startups, mid-market companies, foundations, nonprofits, governmental entities, corporations and other agencies. Every day brings new opportunities to create meaningful, measurable impact for our partners.

What You'll Do
As the Social Media Coordinator, you’ll lead the day-to-day social media management and content development for one primary agency client while also supporting additional client accounts and agency-wide social media strategy.

Reporting to the Public Relations Director and collaborating closely with account team members, you’ll:

  • Develop, draft and manage monthly social media content calendars that align with client goals, campaigns and brand voice.

  • Create engaging, platform-specific social media content, including captions, graphics, short-form video concepts and other creative elements.

  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates and emerging best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and audience engagement.

  • Manage content scheduling, publishing and community engagement across social platforms.

  • Analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and inform strategic recommendations.

  • Adapt and optimize social media strategy based on analytics, audience insights and platform performance.

  • Capture and develop real-time social content during events, campaigns and client activations as needed.

  • Collaborate with account leads to ensure social campaigns align with broader communications and public relations initiatives.

  • Support additional agency social media accounts and evolving client needs as priorities shift.

  • Assist with influencer partnerships, social listening and paid social coordination as needed.

  • Contribute creative ideas that help clients stand out in culturally relevant and strategic ways.

Team members have flexibility to create a hybrid work schedule that drives exceptional results for our partners, with access to our Little Rock office for collaboration, meetings and team connection.

  • Collaboration Across Offices: Four times per year, all team members come together in-person for quarterly brainstorms. You’ll also join us for special occasions like our annual industry awards event, client events, agency gatherings and agency retreats.

  • Fast-Paced, Creative Culture: You’ll thrive if you enjoy variety, bring creative problem-solving to challenges and move quickly without compromising quality. Our team genuinely supports each other and shares the load — you’ll often hear “How can I help?” as we collaborate to deliver the best results for our clients. Our agency core values include authentic relationships, creative genius, strategic results and personalized experience.
