TPG Honored at the 2025 PRSA Silver Anvil Awards
The Peacock Group brought home national recognition at the 2025 Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil Awards—an honor often called the Oscars of the communications industry.
Our launch campaign for Ella the Banker, supported by the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, received a Silver Anvil in the “Most Effective Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Campaign” category. Designed to spark conversations about financial literacy and representation in banking, the campaign combined a statewide launch with school and bookstore events, a donation initiative reaching every public and private school library in Arkansas, and strategic media placements that elevated the story of Shamim Okolloh and her children, co-authors of Ella the Banker.
We were also proud to see our work with Every Mother Counts and Ingeborg Initiatives recognized with an Award of Excellence. To premiere Giving Birth in America: Arkansas at the Bentonville Film Festival, our team brought together maternal health advocates, community leaders and policymakers for a two-part event series that sparked statewide media coverage, national visibility and policy engagement on Arkansas’s maternal health crisis.
“Winning at the Silver Anvils is about more than recognition—it’s about validation that telling the right stories, in the right way, can change lives and communities,” said Denver Peacock, APR, founder and principal of The Peacock Group. “We’re proud of our team and grateful to our partners who trust us to help bring their vision to life.”
Both awards celebrate what drives us every day: the power of strategic storytelling to move people, influence policy and inspire change. From amplifying voices often left out of the narrative to tackling issues that shape our communities, we are honored to see our work stand alongside the best in the nation.
We share this recognition with our incredible partners, whose commitment to equity and impact made these stories possible.
