To be based in Northwest Arkansas
The Peacock Group (TPG) is growing and hiring! We’re seeking a Public Relations Manager to join our Northwest Arkansas team. This role is ideal for a positive, optimistic, can-do team player who’s also a self-starter, comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Develop relevant, timely and engaging story narratives for clients.
Track the news cycle and trends to insert clients into story opportunities in strategic, culturally relevant ways.
Write and pitch compelling content (press releases, alerts, blogs, social content, talking points, award entries, etc.) that resonates with media and audiences.
Build relationships with journalists, producers, editors and influencers to generate purposeful coverage.
Support and manage client events, from logistics to creative concepts, to maximize PR outcomes.
Support client public affairs initiatives, including developing leadership and constituent communication guides, creating thought leadership opportunities and partnering with lobbyists to advance advocacy goals.
Monitor and measure campaign performance, sharing timely updates with colleagues and partners.
Contribute to annual and quarterly PR plans and budgets, ensuring execution aligns with client goals.
Anticipate opportunities for clients and for the agency and help position TPG for growth.
